Gentlemen’s Jollop
A close shave is often a harsh shave, not only because of the scraping by the razor whether electric or wet, but also because of the drying agents in some shaving soaps often being followed by an astringent ‘ouch’ aftershave lotion.
Follow these tips for a fantastic feeling of skin comfort and smoothness:
Take more time: you will reduce cuts and soreness be less
prone to ingrowing hairs.
Avoid an alcohol based aftershave. It can easily irritate the skin. Use our very light Gentlemen’s Jollop with Sweet Almond and Safflower oils and Sandalwood, Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Juniper Berry essential oils for conditioning, moisturising and toning.
Avoid synthetic fragrances. They can cause and irritate dry patches of skin and we do not use them. Our essential oils’ combination of aromas for this product is subtle, fresh and light.
